Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
To begin with, Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Generally, to be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unopened, in its original condition and packaging.
You cannot return perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Under those circumstances, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, we only grant partial refunds:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
- We are not responsible for the damage or missing parts of items.
- The customer returns any item not delivered within 30 days.
Refund and Returns Policy:
When we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you of its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your credit card or original payment method will be credited with the refund amount within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
You should contact your credit card company; it will take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. The bank processes refunds with some delay before posting them.

Sale items:
Customers may refund only regular-priced items. Sale items are not refundable. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. When you return an item, you will receive a gift certificate by mail after we have received it.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns:
All things considered to return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the shipping cost for returning the item will be deducted from it.
What’s more, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
